As a former psychotherapist who has started and run a rehab, she has personally helped thousands of people who want to stop drinking.

Qualified and experienced Veronica has developed sobriety programs based on her clinical experience.

Can I join the masterclass if I have tried and failed to stay sober before?

Absolutely. The masterclass is designed for anyone who wants to achieve sobriety, regardless of past attempts. It focuses on creating a sober mindset that empowers you in your sobriety and in every area of your life.

How long is the masterclass?

The Sobriety Habit Masterclass lasts for 2 ½ hours. It's a one-time commitment designed to provide you with the tools and strategies to start your sobriety journey. Beyond the masterclass, you're encouraged to dedicate about 15 minutes a day to apply the principles and small changes discussed during the session to build and sustain your sobriety habit.

What if I can’t make it live?

If you're unable to attend the masterclass live, don't worry. Registrants will have access to a recording of the session. This means you can watch the masterclass at a time that's more convenient for you.
