The
Emotional Sobriety
Framework
Stop using alcohol
to numb your feelings.
Start liking yourself again.
The problem is you have outsourced managing your emotions to alcohol:
you are so conditioned to having a drink because your day was stressful, or you can't cope, or you feel like you need a reward.
Do you do any of these things:
Repeatedly say yes when you mean no.
Lie to others because you want to get out of something you didn’t want to do.
Constantly beat yourself up and feel like a failure.
Ruminate on situations with people and often feel like you have been treated unfairly.
Avoid uncomfortable situations or discussions because you want everyone to like you.
Feel panicked and fearful if you think you have upset someone.
Feel like your feelings don’t matter.
Constantly feel overwhelmed trying and failing to meet the demands of your life.
You always feel like you are running on empty.
When you live this way no wonder alcohol seems like the answer.
You will always default to alcohol because you don't have any other way to deal with your feelings.
Which is why stopping drinking isn't enough.
It’s only 10% of the deal. Everyone can stop. It's staying stopped, and that is the problem.
But there is another way.
You can learn how to manage your mental and emotional health without alcohol.
Emotional Sobriety is 90% of the solution.

⭐️ Having boundaries to protect your time and energy without feeling guilty makes life much easier.

About Veronica Valli

The Sobriety habit is designed and led by Veronica Valli. It is based on her two decades of experience as a coach and therapist.

Veronica was addicted to drugs and alcohol by the time she was 18 years old. She turned to alcohol to manage her crippling anxiety and panic attacks. Desperate for help, she went to countless professionals and finally got sober when she was 27. It wasn’t until she understood why she drank the way she did that she was finally able to stop.

She became a psychotherapist at 30 and has since run a rehab, worked with governments and private practice, written three books and hosts the popular Soberful Podcast. She has been sober for over 24 years and, as a sobriety coach, has helped thousands live happy, successful, sober lives.

Introducing

The Emotional Sobriety Framework Program

This is not just a program, it's a transformative journey. It will equip you with vital tools and strategies to navigate your feelings and emotions in a way that will eliminate the need to use alcohol.

During our six months together, you will receive personalized coaching that is tailored to your unique needs. This will help you master the key elements of Emotional Sobriety and implement them in your life, regardless of where you are in your journey.

What you will learn in this 6-month course:
Module One - Balance and Boundaries

You cannot be happy and successful without having boundaries. Boundaries keep the good in and the bad out. We will help you create boundaries with people so you don't feel guilty, obliged, or exhausted. When you have good boundaries, you can more appropriately balance your needs, commitments, and energy. This is a foundational module, as lack of boundaries and feeling out of balance is one of the reasons we drink.

Module Two - Freedom from resentments

Resentments rent space in our heads. When we feel we have been mistreated or there has been an injustice, we ruminate and replay events repeatedly. Resentments are the free drunk. Eventually, our brains look for a release, and we pick up a drink because we feel we need it or deserve it. But who is paying the price? In this module, you will learn how to shift your perception of any event or person bothering you. Being able to sift your perception (how you see things) is a vital tool for sobriety.

Module three - Crush your limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs run the show. They are hidden in our subconscious mind and dictate how our day goes. What will you get if you believe you are not good enough or that nothing ever works out for you? Our beliefs become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Learn how to root out your beliefs not serving you and change them into ones that empower you and get the desired results. Overcoming these limiting beliefs will empower you, giving you the confidence and control to shape your life as you desire.

Module Four - The Practice of Sobriety

To stay sober, we need a practice that maintains our mental and emotional lives for the rest of our lives. Like exercise maintains our physical well-being, we need practices that maintain our emotional well-being. In this module, you will shape a regular practice to maintain your Emotional Sobriety so you never reach for alcohol again.
